Ivanka Trump, daughter of U.S. President Donald Trump, is vacationing in Costa Rica.

Ivanka, the second child of President Trump and his first wife, Ivana, entered the country on Friday, April 11, the General Directorate of Migration confirmed.

Reportedly, she has been spotted with several family members at Santa Teresa and Hermosa beaches in the province of Guanacaste.

This is her third visit to Costa Rica in the past three years. She vacationed here in 2023 and made two separate trips in 2022.

Born and raised in Manhattan, U.S., she graduated cum laude in 2004 with a bachelor’s degree in economics. Ivanka married real estate developer Jared Kushner in 2009. The couple has three children.

She served as a senior advisor during her father's administration from 2017 to 2021 and led the White House Office of Economic Initiatives and Entrepreneurship.

Trump is one of many celebrities who have visited Costa Rica recently. In March, former NBA player Emanuel "Manu" Ginóbili was in the country to participate in a sports event in Guanacaste Province.

In February, Michael Jordan the iconic NBA star, returned to Costa Rica for the third time this year to the country.

Tourism is a key sector of Costa Rica's economy. In 2024, the country welcomed over 2.6 million tourists by air, a 7% increase from 2023.

In 2024, Costa Rica achieved $5.4 billion in foreign exchange earnings from the tourism sector, according to data from the Central Bank of Costa Rica.
