A single lottery ticket sold in the U.S. State of Delaware has won the $230 million Powerball® jackpot after matching all six numbers drawn on Monday, April 6.

According to Powerball®, the winning ticket was sold in an Acme store, located in Middletown, DE, and the winning numbers were 07, 24, 37, 42, and 57, with Red Powerball number 5.

The lucky winner can choose between the full jackpot amount or a lump sum cash option of $104 million, both amounts before taxes.

The next Powerball drawing is scheduled for Saturday, April 11, with an estimated jackpot of $35 million, or a $15 million cash option.

U.S. players can buy tickets at www.PowerBall.com.

While international fans can also play through the Lotter website.

Powerball drawings are broadcast live every Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday at 10:59 p.m. ET from the Florida Lottery Draw Studio in Tallahassee. Fans of the game can also watch the drawing through the livestream available on the official Powerball® website.

 

Over on the Mega Millions®  side, the jackpot is stacking up to $120 million for Friday’s draw (April 10). If you’re all about that lump-sum life, we’re talking around $53 million in cash.
