British singer-songwriter Ed Sheeran will perform in Costa Rica on May 30, 2026, as part of his Loop Tour. The concert will take place at the National Stadium in San José.

This will mark Sheeran’s first performance in Costa Rica since his sold-out show in 2015. The country will also serve as the final stop on his 2026 Latin American tour, which has already generated major buzz among fans across the region.

Sheeran’s Loop Tour is renowned for its distinctive setup, which features the artist performing solo with his guitar and a loop pedal, allowing him to layer live sounds.

Fans can expect a mix of his most popular hits, including “Shape of You,” “Perfect,” and “Thinking Out Loud,” along with new songs from his latest album, Play. Despite the stadium setting, the show promises an intimate and dynamic experience.

Throughout his career, Sheeran has earned numerous honors, including American Music Awards, BBC Music Awards, Billboard Music Awards, Brit Awards, Emmy Awards, Grammy Awards, and People’s Choice Awards, among others.

Tickets will be available soon through Eticket.cr, with presales for American Express and BAC Credomatic cardholders. The general sale opens Nov. 3. Prices range from $50 for general admission to $215 for premium sections.

Sheeran joins a growing lineup of major international artists performing in Costa Rica. Puerto Rican rapper Bad Bunny is scheduled to perform in the country this December as part of his world tour.

Recently, legendary hard rock band Guns N’ Roses performed at the National Stadium.
