Costa Rica's women's soccer squad faces U.S. team

The Costa Rica Women's National Soccer Team will face the United States Team on July 16 in Washington, D.C., USA.

This will be the U.S. team's final friendly match before departing for the 2024 Olympics.

The game will take place at Audi Field in Washington at 7:30 p.m. ET, or 5:30 p.m. Costa Rican time. Live streaming will be available on TNT, truTV, Universo, Max, and Peacock.

Ticket sales will begin on Friday, April 26 on the U.S. Soccer website.

Live updates for the game will be published on the Costa Rica Soccer Football Federation's website.

In February, the Ticas squad was dominated 3-0 by Canada, ending their chances of competing in the 2024 Concacaf Women's Gold Cup.

The U.S. team is the most successful in international women's soccer, winning four Women's World Cup titles in 1991, 1999, 2015, and 2019. They also won four Olympic gold medals in 1996, 2004, 2008, and 2012. Additionally, the team won nine CONCACAF W Championship titles and one CONCACAF W Gold Cup title.
