Brought to you by the
Costa Rica Blues Festival
The Costa Rica
Blues Festival is back and ready
to celebrate music, community, and
culture in the heart of Grecia. Now
marking its 10th anniversary, the
festival has become one of the most
beloved live music events in the
country, bringing together world-class
blues artists, outstanding local talent,
and fans from across Costa Rica and
beyond.
For many expats
who call Costa Rica home, this annual
gathering has become a highlight of the
cultural calendar. This year's
celebration takes place at the beautiful
Club Campestre Griego
in Grecia, Alajuela, a scenic venue
nestled in the hills of Grecia, known
for its welcoming atmosphere and
excellent facilities.
The main event will be held on
Saturday, February 21, with additional
activities and performances scheduled
throughout the festival weekend to
create a full blues experience.
Headlining the festival is
internationally acclaimed blues artist
Terrie Odabi, whose powerful voice and
commanding stage presence have earned
her recognition across the United
States and Europe. Her performances
blend traditional blues roots with
contemporary soul influences,
captivating audiences everywhere she
performs. Costa Rica is honored to
welcome her as part of this milestone
celebration.
The festival will also feature a
dynamic lineup of international and
Costa Rican musicians, showcasing
everything from classic Chicago blues
to soulful ballads and high-energy
blues-rock. Over the years, the Costa
Rica Blues Festival has built a
reputation for musical excellence and
heartfelt performances, while also
providing a platform for local artists
to share the stage with global talent.

Beyond the music, attendees can expect a
friendly and relaxed atmosphere that
reflects the spirit of the blues. The event
offers food and beverage options,
comfortable outdoor spaces, and a chance to
connect with fellow music lovers. It is not
just a concert, it is a gathering of
community, friendship, and shared
appreciation for authentic live music.
The festival has long been supported by a
dedicated network of volunteers, sponsors,
and fans, many of them expats who have
helped keep the blues alive in Costa Rica.
Their continued enthusiasm and commitment
have played a key role in making this event
sustainable and meaningful over the years.
Organized by passionate producers committed
to cultural exchange and artistic
excellence, the Costa Rica Blues Festival
continues to grow while staying true to its
roots. The 10th anniversary promises to be a
special moment, celebrating a decade of
rhythm, resilience, and unforgettable
