Open registration for free sports lessons for children

The Sports Institute announced the opening of registration for children and young people to receive free sports lessons that will be held in the main public gymnasiums of the country.
According to the institute, this year the sports lessons will be held in La Sabana in San Jose, Talamanca in Limón, Guatuso in Alajuela, Turrialba in Cartago and in Santa Cruz and Las Catalinas in Guanacaste.
Courses are free for children from 6 to 12 years old, as well as for young people from 13 to 18 years old.
The sports that will be part of the summer courses are judo, baseball, gymnastics, fencing, tennis, taekwondo, skating, rugby, chess, beach volleyball, wrestling, motorcycling, surface water rescue, among others.
Registration is free, and must be done before Thursday, at the following links:
Enrollment for courses in La Sabana can be made at the Verano San José website.
