H & M Hennes & Mauritz AB (H & M store), a multinational retail company based in Sweden, announced the expansion of its operations in Costa Rica with the opening of its second store.

H&M is an international retailer focusing on fast-fashion clothing for men, women, teenagers, and children. As well as household items. 

The new store of more than 1,500 square meters will be inaugurated on Dec. 1, in Multiplaza Curridabat Mall in San José.

The new shop design includes warm materials and color combinations, as well as elements of nature such as trees and plants.

 

H&M will have opening specials. Customers who visit the store within the first three days of its opening at 10 a.m. will receive a $20 gift card for a $10 purchase that they can use on their next visit.

In addition, the first in-person customers will receive special gifts. The first in line will get a $300 gift card. The second is a $260 gift card and the third will be valued at $200. In addition, a $65 gift card will be given to the first 100 customers.

In August 2022, H & M opened the first store in Multiplaza Escazú Mall in San José. 

H&M operates in 75 geographical markets with 4,801 stores under various company brands, with 107,375 full-time employees. The company is hiring employees for its store. People interested in a job vacancy should visit the store Careers site.

H&M is one of many international brand stores opening in Costa Rica. Recently, the Boston, Massachusetts-headquartered Reebok, a fitness footwear and clothing brand store will inaugurate this weekend its first store, also in Multiplaza Curridabat Mall in San José.
