Melissa Pette Today's
recipe is my dear hubby's favorite
food: BBQ ribs. If you are up to
trying to impress with the right
dishes, I have got you covered. This
recipe is very easy and quick to fix.
My dad taught me how to make these!
Everyone loves them! So, let's
go to the kitchen! For
serving 6 people the ingredients are:
First,
preheat the grill to low heat. Then,
cut the ribs in half and season
with steak seasoning. Place ribs,
bone-side down, in a foil pan; add
water. Cover the pan with a sheet
of aluminum foil. Cook
ribs on the preheated grill,
adding water every hour if the
liquid has evaporated, 1 1/2 to 2
1/2 hours. Add barbeque sauce to
ribs and continue cooking for 30
minutes more. An instant-read
thermometer inserted into the
center should read 145 degrees F
(63 degrees C). If
necessary add more water, you
don't want your ribs overcooked. Add
some of the best sides for ribs
such as mac & cheese, potato
salad, vinegar coleslaw or grilled
corn on the cob, there are so many
options. Serve
hot and grab your extra large beer
mug and enjoy! Have
a Pura Vida weekend! ----------- Find
