Infrastructure or public transportation complaints available online
By the A.M. Costa Rica staff
The Ministry of Public Works and Transportation enabled the online reception of complaints due to inadequate public infrastructure or public transportation services.
The system only accepts complaints in the Spanish language.
The online complaint system can be accessed via the website of the ministry on the site Contraloría Institucional de Servicios at all hours.
People must first register in order to file a complaint, even though the system allows the option of making anonymous complaints.

The new system is meant to be more accessible with citizens, ensuring that in the shortest possible time complaints are investigated, reported and resolved, guaranteeing better attention to the public, the ministry said in its statement.
Before this new online complaints system was created, people had to go to one of the ministry's offices and complete and submit a complaint form.
Developing the new system was a collaboration by the ministry and the students from the Fidélitas University.
