The Buyers Trade Mission fair, for the second consecutive year, is taking place virtually from Costa Rica until October 13. This year, 430 Costa Rican companies registered to participate in the fair and promote their products such as agricultural, food, specialized industry, among others, with the goal of finding international clients. As in its previous editions, the main dynamics of this business round table are the meetings with international buyers from 54 countries, such as the United States, the Arab Emirates, Israel, the Netherlands, among others. Among the international export companies that have offices in Costa Rica and participate in the fair are Freudenberg Medical, Abbott Medical Costa Rica Ltd, and Establishment Labs. The international companies that participate in the fair have the goal of finding companies that can supply their products. Among the products that are offered the most are software development, digital transformation, digital production, Business Process Outsourcing, sustainable architecture and engineering, among many others. According to Andrés Valenciano, Minister of Foreign Trade, the fourth industrial revolution is shaping the world economy and bringing progress hand-in-hand with new technology.
