Costa Rica is about to experience the 27th tropical wave of the green season. On Sunday, the storm was crossing Panama's Caribbean Coast. The National Institute of Meteorology predicts it will likely pass across Costa Rica on Monday. The country might experience even heavier rainfall on Monday, August 26, extending 24 hours till Tuesday, August 27. The weather outlook might improve by Wednesday, August 28.
