Social Security
announced a new healthcare campaign to
be held in Térraba Canton, Puntarenas.
The crusade began
on Friday and will go from 7 a.m. to 4
p.m. at the Salón Multifuncional in Térraba.
The local public
clinic staff aims to serve at least 300
patients from the cantons of Terraba and
Buenos Aires.
Doctors will provide eye tests, laboratory tests, dental care, vaccines, and electrocardiograms. Additionally, patients will receive their meds on the same day.
The
local public clinic staff will contact
patients based on the information they
provided during registration to arrange
medical consultations.
Residents
of these zones, including foreign
residents with DIMEX cards, may learn more
about the medical campaign by visiting the
Térraba local clinic's front desk, known
as Ebais.
This
is one of several large-scale medical care
programs conducted by Social Security. Recently,
the organization arranged free medical
care for over 3,500 individuals in Limón
Province, which was given by doctors
from the U.S. Naval Vessel Burlington.
