coworking brand opens
operation in Costa Rica By the A.M. Costa Rica staff The California-based Venture X, a coworking rental brand, will open its first facilities in Costa Rica in July, announced the Costa Rican-American Chamber of Commerce, AmCham. According to AmCham, Venture X is one of the more popular coworking brands in the United States. The company offers spaces for rent in a modern working style that is changing the way professionals, entrepreneurs and freelancers work. The company has branches in Canada, Spain, United Kingdom, India, United Arab Emirates, Honduras, Mexico and soon in Costa Rica. The first Venture X will be located in the City Mall in Alajuela Province, offering coworking spaces, meeting rooms, snack area, printing, stationery supplies, internet, and restrooms among other services. The growth of coworking has been successful because of the flexibility and comfort the space offers for work areas at a low cost, compared to the high costs of renting an office, paying utilities like electricity, water, food and internet services. The work spaces are quite advanced and we are very excited about the project, which is extremely fresh, meeting the needs of teleworking due to the current situation and complying with all the hygiene standards set by the Ministry of Health and the franchise, said Venture X in its statement. -------------------------- Could coworking replace the traditional office-style works spaces in companies?
