Radiografica suspends prepaid mobile phone service Fullmovil brand

Costa Rican Radiographer is known as RACSA, a company belonging to the Costa Rican Institute of Electricity.

It is in charge of development of telecommunications services to public organizations and has announced the suspension of the Fullmóvil brand cell phone service as of April 1.

According to RACSA, due to an agreement with the Superintendent of Telecommunications on February 6, the sale of Fullmovil prepaid lines will be suspended.

"The decision is due to a reorganization of the business duly coordinated with the Costa Rican Electricity Institute, as its parent company, in order to concentrate commercial efforts in the market segments of institutional and business, that correspond to attend RACSA, according to his new business model," said company's statement.

With respect to customers who have Fullmóvil cell lines or internet services, RACSA gave these warnings:

• No internet or cell phone service will be sold after April 1, 2019.

• Users service will keep working 90 extra days from April 1 to July 1, 2019, if the client has a positive balance.

• It is recommended to users to change operators before July 1.

Company has announced the suspension of the Fullmóvil brand cell phone service as of April 1.

• In the event that users do not transfer their cell phone number to another company, they will lose the assigned number.

For more information about this cancellation of Fullmóvil services, users can call: 2287-0200, extension #555.
