The workers have already donated 200 masks to donate 100 more in the coming days. “I have the happiness of working for a company where I had the opportunity to work at home, we have not had reduced hours of work, there have been no job cuts and our wages have not been affected. When I saw that I could help not only by staying at home, but also using my printer to create safety equipment for health personnel in this country, I did not think twice," said Roger Flores-Cruz, a worker of the firm facilities in Costa Rica. Currently, the company is working mostly on telework given the current situation. The company's operations center is located in Heredia and has more than 330 employees. The fundraising campaign, "With You We Can" was created by the government along with other public institutions. With the money raised, basic supplies such as food and hygiene kits will be purchased and delivered to families living in poverty. Telephone companies Movistar, Claro and Kölbi, set up a text message donation system for the government fundraising campaign. Donations can be made from cell phones with amounts from $3 to $9. Each company has specific guidelines to send money through their mobile network. Also, codes differ per amount donated. Cell phones with Kölbi can make donations by texting the code 5613 to donate ₡2000, 5614 to donate ₡ 4000, and 5615 to donate ₡5000. In the case of cell phones with Movistar and Claro lines, the person must send a message with the word DONAR to the codes: 2030 to donate ₡1000, 2031 to donate ₡2000, 2032 to donate ₡4000 and 2033 to donate ₡5000.
